Circle of Love Project
At Dallas County Parkland Hospital, Dallas, Texas, about 100 babies are born daily. This is more than any County Hospital in the United States. Parkland’s Women & Infants Specialty Health & Midwifery Program, along with the help of UT Southwestern Medical School Interns and Residents, ensure these babies are born healthy. One of those ways is the Baby Cap Project. At birth, the body temperature of these newborns drops as soon as they enter the world and these caps help maintain their body temperature to prevent hypothermia. Our Hospitality Team Member Monica Noyes saw an article in the Texas Catholic featuring one of her dear friends participating in the Baby Cap Project and decided our Court had many capable hands to lend to this great endeavor! Court St. Faustina #2478, Dallas, Texas is proud to help give these newborns a fighting chance to stay healthy and grow up to be awesome human beings!
…the project continues…
The Baby Cap Project will now be a quarterly event for CDA Court 2478 St. Faustina!
