Making Baby Caps for Newborns

CDA Sisters and friends enjoyed a brief break from Dallas’s sweltering heat on July 17th to prepare more than 170+ baby caps. After being blessed by Father Guadagnoli, these caps are donated to Parkland Hospital for use in providing a little warmth and joy to its newborn babies.

This ministry meets quarterly to support Parkland’s newborn program. The casual forum allows participants the chance to catch up on community news while fulfilling this important need. Our time together always passes quickly and generates a lot of laughs and goodwill between us.
